How to Apply
Application:
Before you can apply for this program, you must first be nominated by your home university. Once we have received your nomination, you will be sent an email containing a link to the online application form.

Eligibility
BasicallyFundamentally, this summer program will be open to students enrolled full-time at a university that have has a bilateral student exchange agreement with Nagasaki University.
The medium of instruction will be in English and therefore no Japanese language proficiency is required.
Students whose university is not our a partner university can be apply for this program, but in the case there areof a large amount number of applicants, applicants applications from our partner universityuniversities will take precedence.
English Requirements
TOEFL PBT 550, TOEFL iBT 79, IELTS 6.0, or the CEFR B2
An official certificate from TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, or Cambridge English is required if you are a non-native speaker of English. Certificates from students from EU and English-speaking countries are NOT required.
Program Fee
Accommodation
Accommodation from July 2 to July 22 will be arranged by Nagasaki University.
Health Insurance
We require students to enrol in travel health insurance that covers the duration of their stay in Japan. Insurance must be purchased ahead of their arrival.
Visa
The type of visa required for this program is a tourist visa. Please check whether your country and Japan have signed the Visa Exemption Agreement. If this is the case, then you do not need a visa to enter Japan to join the program.
